Suzuki is hoping to boost sales by over 40 per cent in 2025 with the introduction of two new models into the market.
For this year, Suzuki has set target sales of 8,000 units, equivalent to a growth of 41 per cent compared to 2024, according to Tadaomi Suzuki, president of Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co Ltd.

He said at the company’s annual dealer meeting recently that Suzuki sales reached just 5,654 units in 2024 due to market shrinkage as well as strict financial regulations.
“For 2025, Suzuki has reviewed its business plans and would be importing various models from other countries to be sold in Thailand, leading Suzuki to become a car brand that sells global models.,” he said. “Nonetheless, Suzuki will continue to maintain its strengths by providing a variety of products to meet the customers’ interests and lifestyle.”
He added that this year Suzuki is planning to launch two new models that will come equipped with new technologies that will provide better comfort and should attract a larger group of consumers.
One of them will be the Fronx B-SUV, but it has not been confirmed whether the 104-hp 1.0 turbo or 101-hp 1.5 Mild Hybrid powertrain will be offered in Thailand.
Suzuki affirmed that these new models would be appealing to drivers and would be suited for the present and future competitive automotive market.
