XPeng Thailand has launched the G6 electric SUV which is available in two variants featuring upmarket features.
The 258hp G6 Standard Range (435kms WLTP) is priced at Bt1,439,000 while the 285hp G6 Long Range (570kms WLTP) featured in this review is priced at Bt1,599,000.
Both variants are rear-wheel-drive and can accelerate from 0-100km/h in under seven seconds, before reaching a top speed of 200km/h. Batteries can be charged from 10-80 per cent on a DC quick charger.
The G6 has similar dimensions with the Tesla Model Y (but the roofline is 26mm lower) and come with the same wheelbase of 2,890mm.
Exterior highlights include intelligent LED lighting, frameless doors with pop-up door handles.
The suspension comprises of double wishbones up front and multi-link and the rear, running on SACHS multi-valve shocks and 20-inch wheels mated to 255/45 tires.
They come with a 10.2-inch driver display and a 15-inch center touchscreen along with comprehensive equipment package.
The G6 also features full ADAS package with 12 exterior cameras and ultrasonic sensors, in addition to five HD radars.
